Pets:

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Smoking and open fire.

This is a non-smoking house. Please only smoke outside on the terrace and make sure to completely extinguish cigarette butts. It is best to do this with a little water in the ashtray. Danger of forest fire.

Open fires are not permitted due to the risk of forest fires.

Swimming pool & tennis:

The swimming pool (June to mid-September) and the tennis court of the domaine are available to you free of charge. Losing the wristbands that allow you to use the swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis room for free will cost you 50 euros per wristband.

Check-in – und Check-out

Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is until approximately 10:30 a.m. Flexible arrival and departure times are possible upon agreement.

Handover:

At the end of the rental period, please leave Casa Milou swept and in a proper condition. Final cleaning and laundry service: 100 euros

Still to know:

This property is managed by a private host (a party not acting in the course of their trade, business or professional activity). EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal, does not apply to your booking, but it will be covered by the cancellation policy set by the private host.

Photo identification and a cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.

We will try to accommodate special requests, subject to availability at check-in, but they cannot be guaranteed.
